Step 1: Join the Stackably Field Scout Facebook Group

You should join the Facebook group first to receive essential company announcements, training reminders, team updates, shared wins, field lessons, and support from your fellow Field Scouts.

Step 2: Register for the Weekly Live Trainings

Monday Compass — 11:30 AM CST
Tuesday Roleplaying with Guest Business Owners — 11:30 AM CST
Thursday Field Coach Training — 11:30 AM CST
Friday Weekly Recap — 11:30 AM CST
Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes.

Step 3: Watch the Stackably Field Scout Basic Training Series

After joining the group and registering for training, begin the Basic Training Series. It covers: role fundamentals, the Stackably offer, target verticals, merchant conversations, identifying decision-makers, asking for demos, using the AI Field Coach, post-stop notes, and follow-up standards.

Step 4: Complete the Training Checklist

Before scheduling CEO calls, confirm you have: joined the Facebook group, registered for all live trainings, completed the Basic Training Series, reviewed the approved pitch, accessed the AI Field Coach, and prepared for your first route.

After completing training, schedule required live calls with Matt Price for review, pitch evaluation, Field Coach readiness, and final approval to begin field activity.

Once you have joined the Facebook group, registered for live training, completed the Basic Training Series, and scheduled your calls with CEO Matt Price, you are ready to complete your final preparation and begin your Stackably Field Scout journey.
